Two words for those who don’t know me yet…

My name is Stefano Adami and I am a certified fishing guide with more than 15 years of experience, I have fished in the most beautiful seas worldwide. At the age of 27, I decided to turn my passion for fishing into a profession because I believe that doing the things you like makes our lives happier and fuller.

Going fishing almost every day has helped me to understand better and discover my beloved sea, but the thing that amazes me the most is that every day he wants to teach me something new.

I am a very productive video maker and promoter of sport fishing; my Youtube channel is one of Italy’s most followed boat fishing channels.

I moved my base for fishing trips with you from Liguria to Sardinia, to make your fishing experience with me even more magical.

I think the sea is: poetry, freedom, and sharing, all seasoned with an unpredictability that makes it even more exciting.

Our fishing trips and experience

Live bait trolling

Probably one of the most fascinating techniques that can be practiced from the boat. Our trolling trips with live bait in Sardinia are a unique and unforgettable experience; we will sail from the enchanting Maddalena Archipelago (we leave from the port of Palau) to the south of Corsica, in search of incredible fish such as SNAPPER, AMBERJACK, GROUPER, BLUEFIN TUNA, and many other super predators.

Our baits will be Squid and fish. Stefano Adami during the fishing trip will tell you many of his tricks, from the triggers to the search for the fish of life!

400 hectares of exclusive lagoon full of aggressive sea bass… Some might call it “Dream” I call it: Laguna Di Mistras.

From this year my fishing destinations in Sardinia are enriched with a really important gem!

Laguna Di Mistras is a private fishpond where no one can annoy the hundreds of sea bass that swim ravenously inside it… Absolutely no one, because thanks to a special agreement whoever comes fishing with me will be able to access it and catch these wonderful queens. At the base camp of the fishpond we have a boat dedicated to sea bass fishing guides in the lagoon, with which we will probe all of its 400 hectares, we could fish from the boat or on foot with waders, you will be accompanied by me to discover this splendid paradise, we will spinning in total silence among the pink flamingos!

Deep sea fishing

The depths of northern Sardinia lend themselves very well to practicing this fascinating technique, from -130 to -600 meters deep we will be able to undermine some of the rarest and most incredible fish in the Mediterranean.

A deep bottom fishing trip in Sardinia is really special, because you never know what incredible creature will emerge from the depths of the abyss.

Large seabreams (eyes), prehistoric groupers, large sharks are just some of the animals that we could catch in the middle of the sea. Think that there are fish at those depths that I’m sure you don’t even know exist.

Bluefin tuna fishing

Evening out in search of bait for the following day. We could fish with sabiki in search of bait fish such as: Alacce, Horse mackerel, Sea bream and other fish, or we could go fishing for squid.

Upon request, or in case of too strong winds, it is possible to go out coastal trolling, always looking for live bait, even Needlefish!
